Grace Cordell – Global Head of Knowledge and Collaboration Management, Global Sales and Markets (KPMG)
Grace is a senior member of Global Knowledge and Collaboration leadership team, with responsibility for supporting global priority sectors and largest and most strategically important global accounts, as well as enabling member firm knowledge and collaboration programmes and initiatives.
At KPMG, Grace manages a large global team of Knowledge and Collaboration specialists. Developed strategy and deployed innovative Account Based Knowledge Services. She delivers high impact, business-focused knowledge solutions that directly contribute to winning business and delivering on our commitment to invest in client relationships.
In addition to the above, Grace is also responsible for content management strategy, processes and systems (e.g. portals and internal social media platforms). She is highly experienced in developing and implementing organisational change, including team restructuring, business requirements analysis, and technology programmes.
Grace is a strong people Leader for 35 Knowledge Managers and accountable for the development and continuous improvement of KPMG’s global research strategy including design and delivery (onshore/offshore), including oversight of offshore delivery teams (150 FTE), competitive intelligence products and services and budget holder for global external data, analysis and awareness tools and services.
